All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. We do not ship COD.
- We accept personal checks and money orders. Personal checks must clear the bank before your order is shipped.

- Credit Cards — we accept credit card payments through paypal.com, a secure online internet credit card service.
Shipping and Handling
After filling out order form, check your order to make sure it is correct.
- If ordering by phone or fax, Haven Scent Handcrafted Soap & Bath will calculate your order to include shipping/handling costs and will contact you via email with the total cost of your order.
- If ordering online via PayPal, the shopping cart checkout process will calculate your order to include shipping/handling costs.
Orders are shipped within 2 weeks upon payment. UPS is the preferred shipper unless otherwise specified.
Shipping rates are calculated according to merchandise order total amount:
- Under $35, shipping cost is $15.00
- $35 and over, shipping cost is $20.00
Return Policy
We can not accept any returns on soap or bath & body products for sanitary reasons.
